The bicycle and Switzerland

Hi, I need some advice about a short break in Switzerland. We are planning to fly to Zurich in mid September for 3-4 nights. The plan is to do a 2-3 day bike ride on the big climbs near Andermatt. Does anyone know of any good hotels or cycling tour companies that cater to the area. Looking for someone to handle transfers, escorts and bike rentals. Will be navigating on our own.
