I'm probably just being stupid, but today I cant find the 3 line menu that normally appears at the top right - the one that enables selection of route types and gpx downloads.
I'm using an android phone to access the website. I have looked at both newly generated routes and routes from "my journeys". When I use the app I CAN find the menu under settings - but not on the website which I normally use quite successfully.
Puzzlingly, if I click on a link to a route which I have shared on WhatsApp, the route opens with the 3 line menu displayed, but when I generate a new route I get no menu icon whether or not I'm logged in.
Please could you help, anyone?

That’s strange! A few things have changed recently there but it’s ok on my Android phone here and anything else I try. Could you say exactly what your phone model is – it might be something that’s only happening at certain screen sizes – and if you’re using the standard Chrome browser or some other browser?
Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm afraid I didn't notice that you had replied. My phone is a Fairphone 4 and the Browser is DuckDuckGo. And as soon as I read your reply I decided to see what happens in Chrome - and in Chrome it works normally and I have the 3 line menu. So there is my solution, or at least a work-around. I have always used DuckDuckGo in the past when I have used your website, so there must have been a change in the way it has worked since I last planned and exported a route, which would have been around Xmas.
Screenshot with DuckDuckgo.
Works normal wih me.

It is still missing for me, in DuckDuckGo.
Just a thought – could you check that your text magnification setting is 100% and not something greater?
Ah... It looks like that could be where the problem lies. I normally have the font size set to maximum. If I reduce it by 1 click below that the 3 line menu appears, and if I click back to maximum it disappears again. I don't know what that value is in %. The screenshot below shows the largest setting at which the menu appears. Thanks!
