Beginning at Whitehouse road and finishing there this is a loop out along the Letterkenny Rd turning off after Newton Cunningham and following a straightish road back onto the main Lifford Rd before turning left again towards St. Johnston and Carrigans before returning to Derry on a mostly flat surface. Climb up towards the Foyle Bridge then take the back road to Upper Galliagh before dropping down into the Buncrana Road and your starting point.
