For some odd reason it hadn’t saved the turn-by-turn directions as part of the journey, which was causing it to squawk. I’ve tweaked it so that shouldn’t cause an issue, but you might need to manually adjust a via point back and forth to get the instructions to reappear! Will keep an eye to see if it reoccurs.
